the same day or next business day. If you need rush service, please call us at 800-707-3524. We ship our online orders every business day. Orders placed on weekends or certain holidays will ship the next regular business day. You will receive an email from UPS containing a tracking number and link so you can track your order. Please allow sufficient shipment times from our location, Salem, Oregon to your address. Remember, the day UPS picks up the package and weekends are not transit or delivery days. Please remember that UPS does not count the day of pickup as a outbound day. For example, if you order on Monday morning and you are 4 days away from us it would arrive on Friday. If you order on Tuesday morning, it may not be delivered until the following Monday. You can always upgrade shipping at the time of your order.
