The Wind Tracker is great for detecting low wind speeds and direction even below 1 m.p.h. This new patented system is an ideal solution for personnel evacuation from buildings and areas where harmful gases or contaminants may accumulate or travel too. It affords immediate recognition of wind direction and action in and around it's location. The variable height settings of the telescoping fiberglass Wonder Pole allow for greater visibility. The Wonder Pole is maintenance free and does not present the same electrical hazards commonly associated with metal poles. The patented action of the Wind Tracker "animates" the wind and is visible up to a minimum of 1/4 mile away. Detecting gas or hazardous particle movement below 1 mile per hour is critical to safety. We recommend placement at ground level for accuracy in the evacuation lanes and on a higher structure for visibility for inbound assistance. The amount of units should be determined by the area size, line of sight, and wind obstructions, etc.
